Frequently asked questions
SuperReall is an AI text-to-video web app for creators. You type a text prompt, pick an aspect ratio and resolution, and get a real AI-generated video you can download and post.
Yes. SuperReall renders true AI-generated video from your text prompt — cinematic motion, lighting and camera moves. Not templates, slideshows, or stock footage.
Aspect ratios: 9:16 (vertical, for TikTok/Reels/Shorts), 1:1 (square, for feeds) and 16:9 (landscape, for YouTube). Resolutions: 480p, 580p and 720p.
Each render costs credits based on resolution: 480p costs 5 credits, 580p costs 8 credits, and 720p costs 10 credits. New accounts get 30 free credits, and credit packs are one-time purchases that stack onto your balance — for example, the Creator pack's 200 credits render twenty 720p videos.
Neither. Credits never expire and there is no monthly cycle — your balance stays until you spend it. Buy another one-time credit pack whenever you run low.
No. Every credit pack is a one-time purchase — you pay once, the credits land in your balance, and nothing renews or bills you again.
The credits for a failed generation are refunded to your balance automatically. You only pay for videos that actually render.
Yes. You own the videos you generate and can use them commercially — including client work and monetized channels — subject to our Terms.
Yes. New accounts get 30 free credits — enough for six 480p videos to see what the product can do. You'll save a card through Stripe's secure checkout to unlock them: no charge, it's only kept on file for future credit purchases.
Automatic recharge is on by default: when your credits run out, we automatically add 200 credits for $4.99 so your work never stops mid-project. You can turn it off anytime in your billing settings — nothing is ever charged without the card you saved.
Yes — upload a starting image in the Studio and describe the motion you want. Your photo is used only to generate that clip.
