Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and SuperReall ("we", "us") governing your use of the SuperReall website at superreall.com and the SuperReall web application at app.superreall.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SuperReall is an AI text-to-video generation platform. You write a text prompt, and the Service renders video from it, which you can preview, download, and manage in your private gallery. The Service is delivered through our web application; the marketing website describes plans and features but does not itself generate video.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

3. Plans and credits

The Service uses a credit system. Each video render costs credits based on resolution:

• Free — $0, 30 credits granted once at signup, unlocked after you save a payment method through Stripe's secure checkout (no charge — the card is only kept on file)
• Creator — $4.99 one-time, 200 credits
• Studio — $9.99 one-time, 500 credits

• Render costs: 5 credits for 480p, 8 credits for 580p, 10 credits for 720p.
• Credits never expire and do not refill on a schedule — your balance stays until you spend it.
• Buying a credit pack adds its credits to your current balance. You can buy packs as often as you like.
• Credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash.
• If a generation fails, the credits for that render are refunded to your balance automatically.

4. One-time purchases

• Creator and Studio are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. You are charged once at checkout; nothing renews or bills you again.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Videos already in your gallery remain available regardless of your credit balance.

4a. Automatic recharge

• Automatic recharge is on by default. When a render would cost more credits than your balance holds, we charge your saved card $4.99 for 200 credits and complete the render.
• You can turn automatic recharge off at any time in your billing settings. With it off, renders that exceed your balance are simply declined — no charge is made.
• Each automatic recharge appears in your billing history and on your card statement as a SuperReall charge.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Generate content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes the rights of others.
• Use the Service to impersonate others or create deceptive content presented as real footage of real people or events.
• Abuse the Service — including attempts to circumvent credit charges, rate limits, or access controls.
• Resell, share, or sublicense your account or paid access to others.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Ownership of outputs

You own the videos you generate with SuperReall and may use them commercially — including client work, advertising, and monetized channels — subject to applicable law and these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and outputs do not infringe third-party rights. We claim no ownership over your generated videos.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time, which ends these Terms as to future use. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or for prolonged inactivity. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, limitations of liability) will survive.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that renders will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperReall's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
