Terms of Service

1. The service

SuperReall, Inc. (“we”, “us”) provides an AI video-generation platform at superreall.com and app.superreall.com (the “Service”). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and us when you create an account or use the Service.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• One account per person unless you're on a Studio team plan; team seats are for named individuals.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

3. Credits and subscriptions

• Plans. Free, Creator and Studio plans are described on our pricing page. Plan credits refill each billing cycle and do not roll over.
• Credit costs. Each render consumes credits based on duration and resolution, as published on the pricing page. Credits are only charged for renders that complete successfully — failed renders are refunded automatically.
• Top-ups. Purchased top-up credits never expire and are consumed after monthly plan credits.
• Billing. Paid plans bill in advance, monthly or yearly. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from your billing page; changes take effect at the next cycle.
• Refunds. Subscriptions are refundable within 7 days of purchase if paid credits haven't been used. Unused top-up credits are refundable within 14 days. Contact support@superreall.com.
• Price changes. We'll notify you at least 30 days before any price increase on your plan.

4. Your content and ownership

• You own your outputs. Videos you generate are yours. You may use them commercially, including in client work, advertising and monetized channels.
• Your inputs. You retain all rights to prompts and reference images you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to operate the Service (rendering, storage, delivery).
• Responsibility. You're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any reference image you upload, and that your use of outputs complies with applicable law (including likeness, trademark and copyright law).
• AI disclosure. Some platforms and jurisdictions require AI-generated content to be labeled. You're responsible for any required disclosures on content you publish.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate non-consensual intimate imagery, CSAM, or content sexualizing minors — we report violations to authorities.
• Create deceptive content intended to mislead (deepfake fraud, disinformation, impersonation).
• Produce hateful, harassing or extremist content, or content facilitating wrongdoing.
• Infringe intellectual property, or upload images you don't have rights to.
• Abuse, overload or reverse-engineer the Service, or circumvent credit metering.

We use automated and human moderation and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, pause or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Render times are estimates, not commitments.

7. Termination

You may delete your account anytime from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, non-payment or abuse. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; videos you've already downloaded remain yours.

8. Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We'll post updates here and notify account holders of material changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
