This Privacy Policy explains what information SuperReall ("we", "us") collects when you use the SuperReall website and web application (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this simple: we collect what the Service needs to function, and we don't sell your personal information.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — your email address and a securely hashed password (we never store passwords in plain text).
• Your content — the text prompts you submit and the videos the Service generates for you, so you can view, download, and manage them in your gallery.
• Billing information — payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card numbers; Stripe shares only what we need to fulfill your one-time credit pack purchases.
• Basic usage data — such as pages visited, features used, and error logs, which help us keep the Service running and fix bugs.

2. How we use your information

• To provide the Service — creating your account, rendering your videos, and maintaining your gallery.
• To manage billing — applying purchased credits to your balance and processing one-time payments.
• To keep the Service safe — detecting abuse, fraud, and violations of our Terms of Service.
• To communicate with you — account emails such as verification, password resets, and important Service notices.

3. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies:

• Essential cookies — required to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. The Service cannot work without these.
• Analytics cookies — privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics that help us understand which pages are useful. You can decline these in the cookie banner, and declining does not affect the Service.

4. How we share information

We share information only with the service providers required to operate SuperReall:

• Stripe — payment processing for one-time credit pack purchases.
• fal.ai — the AI provider that renders your videos (your prompts are sent to them to generate the video).
• Cloudflare R2 — storage for your generated videos.
• Resend — delivery of account emails such as verification and password resets.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising purposes.

5. Data retention

We keep your account data — including your prompts and generated videos — for as long as your account is active, so your gallery stays available to you. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data and content from our active systems. Backups and logs may retain copies for a limited time before they are overwritten.

6. Your rights

You can:

• Access, update, or delete your account information from within the app.
• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your personal data.

To make a request, email info@superreall.com from the email address on your account. We'll respond as promptly as we can and may ask you to verify your identity first.

7. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above and notify you of material changes by email or in the app.
